Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Shipping (Fast!) (£7.99-Per order)
Your items will be dispatched within 24 hours (Excluding weekends and bank holidays), and they will deliver your item to you the next working day. This service is available to Mainland UK deliveries only.
Next-Day Priority Shipping (Fastest!) (£24.99-per order)
Guaranteed next working day delivery for orders received before 11am. Mainland UK addresses Only. Excludes delivery on weekends and public holidays. A signature is required. Orders received after 11am will be processed the next
working day for delivery on the following working day after processing. Our express service is only available for UK mainland deliveries.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Orders placed Monday–Thursday after 11am shall be dispatch the following working day using your selected delivery method.
Orders placed Friday after 11am shall be dispatch the following working day (Monday) using your selected delivery method.
No Deliveries / Dispatch will be made on Saturdays and or Bank Holidays.
The Next-Day Charge, is for the express print of your order, and is not for the carriage of your order. In the unlikely event that the couriers make a late delivery this express charge is non refundable.

Service for an address not based within Mainland UK – your order will be printed and dispatched under the Next-Day timescale, however we shall select a postal method at our discretion.
Same-Day Delivery Areas within the M25
Please see below for lists of postcodes that fall within the London M25 region that we serve. We will attempt delivery only if the correct postage is selected for the zone.
Delivery with incorrect postage charge (London M25) will automatically be downgraded to our Next-Day service and no refund will be provided at £75 per address
We have accounts with specific couriers and use the most suitable one depending on the product. This will depend on item value, weight, fragility, and service available.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 8.00pm.
Unfortunately couriers do not call you in advance, and cannot give delivery times on an all day service.
Check Your Item on Delivery
If your item is delivered on a pallet you must check the contents in the box in the presence of the driver. Signing your name or signing unchecked indicates you are happy with its delivery condition.
If there are any delivery issues, you must write them on the delivery paperwork for insurance purposes. In the unlikely event of delivery damage, you cannot claim if you have not written it on the delivery paperwork.
If your item is delivered by a parcel carrier, upon delivery do not sign your name or write unchecked, until you have checked the contents of the box.
Inform Others in your Household
If there is a possibility somebody else other than you might sign for your delivery at your delivery address, it is your responsibly to ensure that they are aware of the delivery terms and conditions.
In the unlikely event of delivery damage, you cannot claim if you have not followed these instructions.
Any loss or damage, or shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours from delivery via email.
We endeavour to fully inform you of delivery schedules however any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we cannot be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of your item as this is sometimes outside our control. Next-Day orders are dispatched by a courier and require a signature, and we regrettably cannot be held responsible for late delivery by our couriers.
