Production times and delivery times are separate unless specifically stated otherwise. Standard Delivery InformationOur website includes a countdown timer showing the order deadline and the applicable “Ready by” production date. You can also use the working day displayed on each product page to understand when your order is expected to be completed in our production facility. “Ready by” refers to the date your order is expected to complete production. It does not mean the date your order will be delivered to you. For example, if your Ready by date is Thursday 27th, this means your order is expected to be completed and ready for collection or dispatch on Thursday 27th. If you have selected collection, your order may be collected once you have received confirmation that it is ready. Depending on the collection method selected, this may be by appointment, during our designated collection hours, or through a Self-Service Collection Locker. If you have selected delivery, we will prepare your completed order for dispatch on or around the Ready by date using the delivery service selected at checkout. Unless a specific timed or guaranteed delivery service has been purchased, please allow approximately 1–2 additional working days for transit. Please do not attend for collection until you have received confirmation that your order is ready. Production SpeedSame Day / Urgent ProductionIf you require an order urgently, please contact us before ordering. Depending on the product, quantity, artwork and production capacity, we may be able to fast-track or super-fast-track your order. Same-day and urgent production services are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge. Please contact us for more details. Self-Service Collection TermsOrders designated for Self-Service Collection must be collected from the specified Exact Print collection locker within 3 days of the collection notification being sent. Customers are responsible for following the collection instructions provided and for securely closing and locking the locker after collecting their order. Self-Service Collection is not a face-to-face handover service, and a member of staff may not be present at the collection location. Orders not collected within the 3-day collection period may be removed from the locker and destroyed or recycled without further notice. Locker collection is subject to availability. Staff-Assisted CollectionWhere staff-assisted collection is available, collection is normally between: Monday–Friday: 12:00pm–4:00pm Collection must be arranged with us in advance. Weekend or out-of-hours collection, including Saturday and Sunday, may sometimes be arranged by prior appointment or agreement. Please contact us before travelling to the collection location. Where available, customers may also be offered an out-of-hours Self-Service Collection Locker. Dispatch & DeliveryHere at Exact Print, we aim to provide an efficient, fast and secure delivery service for orders placed with us. We use professional courier and delivery partners, and the courier used may vary depending on the product, parcel size, destination and delivery service purchased. Where applicable, we aim to dispatch qualifying orders on the same working day when ordered before 1:00pm, depending on the production service selected, artwork suitability and product requirements. Delivery times shown are estimates or service targets provided by the relevant courier unless expressly stated as guaranteed. Exact Print is responsible for producing and dispatching your order within the service level purchased. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays occurring during transit may be outside our direct control. If your order is required for a specific event, deadline or important date, we strongly recommend selecting an appropriate Priority service and allowing additional time for unexpected courier delays. Mainland UK DeliveryAll standard delivery prices displayed on our website are for Mainland UK addresses only, unless expressly stated otherwise. If your delivery address is outside Mainland UK, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm delivery availability, pricing and estimated transit times. If an incorrect delivery service is selected for a non-Mainland UK address, any additional delivery charges required to complete the shipment will be payable by the customer. Available Monday–Friday. PRIORITY VIP MORNING DELIVERYFor qualifying orders placed before 1:00pm, production may be completed the same working day, with delivery targeted for the next working day by 12:00 noon. Available Monday–Friday. PRIORITY VIP + WEEKEND DELIVERYFor qualifying orders placed before the applicable cut-off time, production may be completed the same day with priority delivery, including an available Saturday or Sunday delivery service where offered by the courier. Weekend delivery availability may vary by postcode and courier service. PRIORITY COLLECTION – 1–24 HOURSOur fastest collection service. For qualifying orders placed before 1:00pm, production may be completed the same working day or made available for collection by 8:00pm on the next working day, depending on the product and production requirements. PRIORITY WEEKEND COLLECTION – 1–24 HOURSAvailable for qualifying orders requiring weekend collection. Where the final working day of the week is affected by a Bank Holiday, the applicable production and collection schedule may change. Weekend collection is subject to production capacity and locker availability. STANDARD COLLECTION – 36–72 HOURSProduction normally takes approximately 2–3 working days. Once completed, the order may be collected during the collection arrangements stated in your confirmation. COLLECTION FROM STORE – APPOINTMENT ONLYFREE Staff-assisted collection must be arranged with us before arrival and is subject to the collection hours and location confirmed to you. SAME-DAY DELIVERY WITHIN LONDON & THE M25Same-day delivery may be available depending on the order, destination and time of booking. Please contact us for availability and pricing. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYInternational delivery is available by quotation. Please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm the delivery service, estimated timeframe and cost. Important Information About “Ready By” DatesThe Ready by date displayed on our website is primarily a production completion date. Unless a delivery service specifically states otherwise:
Any production guarantee is dependent on receiving suitable, print-ready artwork and all information required to manufacture your order within the relevant deadline. Courier DeliveryWe normally use DPD or another suitable professional courier depending on the destination, parcel requirements and service selected. Available courier services vary according to the delivery postcode and will normally be displayed during checkout. An estimated delivery date may be displayed when placing your order. This is dependent upon production being able to proceed without delay. Where Exact Print contacts you for information, artwork amendments, proof approval or any other confirmation required to produce your order, you must respond promptly.
