How quickly is your delivery?

We’ll work as quickly as you need us to. Each item has a fast guaranteed turnaround – add it to your basket to see what’s available. Choose the service level you need, which sets how quickly we work – our services are;

"PRIORITY COLLECTION 1-24hr": Means order are prioritise with our  Super quick service. "FAST" On-time service. If you’re not in a rush, save money with our economy  "Normal" service.

Order collection from our facility must be collected within 3 days of notification.

The following options are available at checkout. We aim to despatch your order same day if ordered before 1pm.

We are not responsible for delays during transit. We dispatch goods on your behalf and the goods become your property the moment they leave our premises.

    What delivery options are available?

    Your order will be delivered by our preferred partners DPD. They publish on-time performance of 99%, so if “1 in a 100″ is too risky for you, please contact us to discuss delivering your order by dedicated vehicle. A variety of services are available, depending on your chosen delivery address. You’ll see these in your shopping basket.

    *An estimated delivery date will be displayed when you process your order. Please note, this date is dependent on you promptly responding to any communication from exactprint such as to approve an embroidery proof. Failure to do so may impact on our ability to meet the originally specified timeframe.

    STANDARD DELIVERY INFORMATION

    Our website is equipped with a countdown timer that indicate order deadline “Ready by”* guarantee expiry time.

    You can also use the day of the week (Monday-Friday) displayed on every product page to know when your order will be completed in our factory.

    “Ready by” does not mean the day your order will delivered or arrive with you. It means the day the production of your item(s) will be completed in our warehouse. For example if your "Ready by" date is Thursday 27th, your order will be available for Collection on this date, you can either arrange for your own courier for collection or come in person between 12-4pm Monday -Friday (you Must arrange with us before coming)

    If you have selected delivery, we will also prepare your order for despatch on the "Ready by" date with a recorded delivery. Please give 1-2 days for arrival.

    PRODUCTION SPEED:

    Same Day /Urgent: (contact us for more details on this option) we can most likely Super-Fast track your order.


    Collection is from Mon-Fri 12.00pm-4:00pm. (Weekend is by appointment /agreement only)

     

    Collection outside working hour including Saturday and Sunday may be arranged (contact us for mor details).
