Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with your order please contact us. As we provide personalised goods, however, we cannot accept returns unless we have made a mistake or the garments are faulty. Please return any faulty goods to us within 3 days of receipt for investigation. Please be aware The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to "personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification".
Before placing your order, please be careful to check product information size information. As we supply garments from different manufacturers there is no such thing as a standard size, for example a medium produced by Fruit of the Loom may differ to a medium by Gildan. If you require more information on product sizing, please contact us.
This will give you the information you need to make a decision on the sizes you wish to order that product in. Once a garment is personalised we can only accept returns based on sizing issues if the product does not measure what we say it will on that items size information. If you receive garments that do not measure what we say, please contact us where our customer service team will be happy to help.
All personalised items from Exact Print are made to order; this includes items purchased from our "pre-designed" section or items purchased through affiliated merchandise stores.
Blank products can be returned to us within 3 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the item. Please contact customer services with your order number if you would like to return blank items and they will provide further instructions. Customer is required to pay for return postage as we do not have collection services.
Printed Product Terms (addition)
Please Note: Your approval is subject to the terms and conditions or privacy policy and please read our FAQ to indicate you have read and agree to them.
• You’re aware that due to printing technique, printing/embroidery quality may not be at optimum if using your own/our media/item.
• Printed/Embroider design, colour, may be of different shade or finishing due to difference in batch production. e.g Some items may be printed in gloss and others in matt.
• Printed/Embroider design, colour, size (image or Text) may differ from the actual representation on paper or computer screen.
• We recommend using professional dry-cleaners. No warrantee or guarantee is provided after the item(s) is handed over to you (The customer)
• You are aware that you need to produce/supply spares media in order for exactprint to perform a test print of your design before actual printing
• There may be some discolouration to your media (Medium) after printing/embroidery..
• Print or thread position or size cannot be guarantee or replicated on each design.
• It is your responsibility for any damage or imperfections to your media (Medium) after printing/embroidery.
• You have read or ask for a hard copy of Print / Embroidery terms and condition. You (the customer) take the full responsibility.
• Text Colour, Font Colour and Special instruction (May be subject to extra Charge)
