Binding Options Available:

In addition to paper quality options, you can also choose from a wide variety of binding options available:

A. Plastic Comb Binding: A popular binding option, plastic comb binding is used to bind loose paper using a plastic stick containing comb spines, looping them through the holes done on printed pages. Plastic Comb Binding makes it easy to add or remove pages, keeping the pages organised and protected by plastic covers.

B. Wire spiral Binding: This method utilises a flexible metal wire loop, perfect for artsy photo calendars and practical materials like reports, cookbooks, or directories.

C. Thermal Binding: Thermal book binding uses heat to attach documents to the thermal binding covers. This method is quick and creates a presentable look.

D. Perfect Binding: Perfect binding glue the pages together for a neat and polished look. The cover wraps around the pages in part and typically has a spine.

E. Hard Cover Binding:  Our hard binding services produce excellent documents with robust covers, created from thick paperboard/ cardboard. This makes the binding more permanent, shielding the book from damage. Hardcover books are a popular choice for literature, textbooks, and special editions due to their enduring quality.

Non-Refundable Policy

All print orders are non-refundable once completed. If you experience any issues with print quality, we're happy to reprint your documents at no extra charge. Please report any problems within 24 hours of collection to be eligible for a reprint.

Content Restrictions

We do not print content that is offensive, inflammatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to decline any order that, in our judgment, violates these standards.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are completed within immediately and we use direct to printing system (orders are sent to printing as soon as the order is placed) after which they go to quality check depending on the urgency of each order. . Unless we encounter a technical or system problem. Corrupted files or error documents are placed on hold automatically while we inform you (customer).

Delivery Timeframes

Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM on working days.
Standard Delivery: Estimated between 2 to 4 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on volume or courier delays.

Collecting Your Document

When collecting your printed documents, please bring a valid form of ID and your order number. A team member will ask you to review the documents before leaving to ensure everything looks correct. If there are any issues, they may be addressed on the spot. If documents are not checked upon collection, we cannot be held responsible for any misprints or quality issues.

GDPR - Document Retention & Secure Disposal
Digital documentation uploaded will be kept for 7 days, after that point the file will automatically delete. Printed uncollected documents will be securely shredded in accordance with GDPR regulations to protect your personal information. This will happen 14 days after the order was placed. No refunds will be issued for uncollected prints.

    You can upload and print a wide range of documents including black & white or colour files in various sizes such as A6, A5, A4, A3, DL, US Legal size 8.5 x14 inches (216 x 356mm) and US Letter size 8.5 x 11 inches (216 x 297mm).

  • Will my document print to bleed, or will it have outlines?
    Your document may have a slight white outline when printed, as standard document printing is not produced full bleed. A small margin is typically required to ensure consistent and accurate output.

  • Can I order just a single page or is there a minimum order quantity?
    There is no minimum order — you can print from a single page up to several hundred pages.

  • What paper sizes and types are available?
    Options include standard paper sizes (A6, A5, A4, A3, DL, US Legal size 8.5 x14 inches (216 x 356mm) and US Letter size 8.5 x 11 inches (216 x 297mm).) in different finishes: silk, gloss or matt. Paper weights range from 80gsm up to 350gsm.

  • Can I choose colour printing or black & white printing?
    Yes — you can select black & white or colour printing when placing your order online.

  • Are binding services available?
    Yes — a range of binding options are offered, including plastic comb, wire spiral, thermal, perfect binding, and hardcover binding.

  • How long does it take to print and deliver my documents?
    Standard turnaround is usually within a day for same-day in-store print collection and next-day delivery if ordered before 2 PM on working days.

  • Is there a setup fee for document printing?
    Yes — orders under £30 for document printing incur a setup fee of £10 at checkout.

  • What happens if I’m unhappy with the print quality?
    Once your order is completed, all sales are non-refundable; however, if there’s a print quality issue, Exact Print will reprint your documents at no extra charge if you report the issue within 24 hours of collection or Delivery.

  • How long are uploaded files stored?
    Uploaded digital files are kept securely for 7 days before automatic deletion for GDPR compliance.

  • What if I don’t collect my printed documents?
    Uncollected printed documents are securely shredded after 14 days in accordance with data protection practices, and no refunds are issued for uncollected orders.
